| Description: Frank S. Land was very active in the DeMolay organization. After his death in 1959, a committee was named to recommend a suitable memorial to him. Funds for the $20,000 fountain were raised by DeMolay members. The memorial somewhat resembles a gravestone in its form. The eight-foot high cenotaph of red granite is carved with the inscription, "For God--For Country--For DeMolay." The fountain is currently inoperable. |
