| Description: A concrete "tree stump" is the base for this drinking fountain located in Swope Park Zoo. A life-size raccoon perches on one of the limbs as a squirrel peers over the edge on the opposite side. The bronze panel describes Sittenfield: "A friend to children, animals, and big people".
The Sittenfeld Fountain was moved when the Africa area was constructed and is now in storage. |
